📜 Big Time Travel – Detailed Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By booking any travel services with Big Time Travel (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”), you (“the Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern the relationship between you and Big Time Travel.

1. The Role of Big Time Travel

• Agency Role: Big Time Travel acts strictly as an Agent for third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance companies. We procure these services on your behalf.

• Provider Terms: All tickets, vouchers, and reservations are issued subject to the specific terms, conditions, and liability limitations of the respective supplier. By booking, you agree to abide by the suppliers’ terms, including those related to baggage limits, schedule changes, and liability.

2. Booking, Documentation, and Payment

• Accuracy of Information: The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and details provided match their official passport or identification documents exactly. The Company accepts no liability for costs, delays, or denied boarding/entry resulting from inaccurate data provided by the Customer.

• Passports, Visas, and Health: The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas (transit and destination), health certificates (vaccination proof), and complying with all immigration and entry requirements of all countries on the itinerary. The Company provides general guidance but is not responsible for the accuracy of that guidance.

• Pricing and Payment: Full payment is required by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking by the supplier, with potential forfeiture of deposits. Prices are guaranteed only upon full payment and ticket issuance.

3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

• Supplier Fees: All cancellations or amendments are subject to penalties, fees, and charges imposed by the individual airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers, which may amount to 100% of the cost.

• Agency Fees: In addition to supplier charges, Big Time Travel imposes an administrative service fee for processing any cancellation, amendment, or refund request.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are governed by the supplier’s policies. Once approved by the supplier, refunds can take [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 6 to 12 weeks] to be processed by the Company back to the Customer.

• Non-Refundable Items: Many services (e.g., non-refundable airfares, insurance premiums, service fees) are entirely non-refundable.

4. Liability and Indemnification

• Limited Liability: Big Time Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss (including baggage loss), delay, or expense caused by the act, omission, or default of any third-party supplier (e.g., airline crash, hotel overbooking, tour operator cancellation).

• Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, terrorism, political unrest, labor strikes, or pandemics.

• Maximum Liability: In the event the Company is found liable for a direct loss, the Company’s maximum liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount of service fees paid by the Customer to Big Time Travel for the specific booking (excluding the cost of tickets/accommodations paid to third parties).

• Travel Insurance: The Company strongly advises that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events, medical emergencies, and cancellation losses.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert the Country/Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
